Kussy is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Pivot First Consulting and Management. She is a first-generation American who brings 18 years of public health experience in advocating for human rights, reproductive health, and economic justice within the U.S., Liberia, and Guinea.

With firsthand knowledge as a community health provider, Kussy has served home-bound clients as a home health aide as well as owned and operated an accredited home health agency, delivering quality care to medically complex Medicaid clients.

A passionate advocate for healthcare access, Kussy has guided hospital and clinic leaders in implementing equitable policies and practices to ensure patient care aligns with complexity. Her work includes optimizing referral processes and designing patient repatriation workflows to reduce barriers to primary care.

As a servant leader, Kussy leverages her skills in health equity, strategy, business intelligence, and project management to guide clients in navigating complex healthcare systems and driving meaningful change.
