    With over 13+ years of experience in non-profit management, community engagement, and coalition building, Cristina is an empathetic leader dedicated to driving systems change through innovative and inclusive strategies. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Health Leads, she designs and implements national and regional initiatives advancing racial health equity by fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders, healthcare providers, and funders.

    Her expertise in strategic planning, project management, and anti-racism work has resulted in impactful community partnerships and the successful adoption of equity-focused frameworks. Throughout her career, she has managed complex projects across organizations demonstrating her commitment to creating sustainable, community-driven solutions for vulnerable populations. She also contributes as a member of advisory boards for All People's Community Center and the National Academy of Medicine's Community Engagement Committee, where she supports the development of strategies aimed at health and social equity.
